Problem Solving Training

Structured training in proven problem-solving methods: 8D, 5 Why, Six Sigma and Lean. I train your teams to apply these methods effectively - from correct problem definition to sustainable solution anchoring.

How it works:

  • 1-3 day workshops (depending on requirements)
  • Participants work on real problems from your organization
  • Interactive, practice-oriented exercises-no "death by PowerPoint"

  • I guide, ask questions and help teams to think through the analysis

Interim Management & Case Moderation

  • This could be managing a complaint management process, implementing quality systems or driving forward a major improvement initiative
  • I bring both methodical expertise and management experience to the table
  • Typically 3-6 month mandates with clear results
