Problem Solving Training

Structured training in proven problem-solving methods: 8D, 5 Why, Six Sigma and Lean. I train your teams to apply these methods effectively - from correct problem definition to sustainable solution anchoring.

How it works:

  • 1-3 day workshops (depending on requirements)

  • This could be a critical customer complaint, a chronic quality problem or a complex cross-departmental problem
  • I guide, ask questions and help teams to think through the analysis

Interim Management & Case Moderation

Sometimes you need more than training-you need someone who can step in and lead. I take on interim roles to stabilize processes, lead critical initiatives or bridge leadership gaps.

  • I take on operational responsibility for defined projects or functions
  • This could be managing a complaint management process, implementing quality systems or driving forward a major improvement initiative
  • I bring both methodical expertise and management experience to the table
  • Typically 3-6 month mandates with clear results
