My training courses are aimed at quality engineers, team leaders, production managers, quality managers and all specialists who want to learn or deepen their knowledge of systematic
problem-solving methods. Both beginners and experienced practitioners benefit – I adapt the content to the level of the
participants. Particularly suitable for companies in the automotive, semiconductor, electronics and manufacturing industries.
Both are possible. I offer training courses both as on-site events at your company and as online workshops. For multi-day
training courses, I clearly prefer the face-to-face approach – the direct interaction, team dynamics and intensive work on real cases simply work best on site
. Online formats are also very effective for shorter workshops or refresher courses and can be easily integrated into everyday working life. The methodology
and quality remain the same in both formats.
Coaching is usually preceded by training to create the methodological basis. After an individual and free preliminary discussion in which we clarify your needs
, an initial coaching package consists of 8 hours at €200 gross per hour. This investment typically pays off after the
first chronic quality problem has been solved. For longer-term support or interim management, I am happy to prepare an individual offer.

I work primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with a focus on southern Germany and the Munich area. I also travel internationally for multi-day training courses or interim mandates
. During my time at Infineon, I have conducted training and consulting in many countries (EU, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, USA, Mexico,
